I lead integrated operations and marketing partnerships for multi-market launches, aligning budget, channel mix, partners, and delivery teams to turn strategy into measurable results. I plan and execute go-to-market campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, run creator/affiliate programs, and coordinate PR while negotiating co-marketing, setting rate cards, and managing vendors and agencies.

Using platform insights and Power BI, I track CPA, CVR, and ROMI to reallocate spend to what converts. Operationally, I build playbooks, schedules, and SLAs, manage teams and risk, and drive on-time launches with tight cost control. I apply Agile and Lean Six Sigma to remove waste and speed delivery.
